For this project, I reimagined the packaging system for Le Labo, a fragrance house known for its minimalist aesthetic and emphasis on craft, personalization, and sensory depth. Rather than treating each perfume as a static label, I designed an automated visual system that translates each scent’s inherent data—such as scent family, intensity, longevity, and key notes—into a dynamic, generative label. The system uses structured data to produce unique compositions that visually embody the sensory profile of each fragrance, allowing the packaging to function as both information and experience. Inspired by Le Labo’s laboratory-style typography and raw materiality, my design maintains the brand’s utilitarian tone while introducing a data-driven layer that makes the invisible qualities of scent visible. The result is a cohesive yet flexible packaging set that can expand infinitely as new fragrances are added, reinforcing both individuality and system consistency.
